Conditions

• Request to Presenters: Please complete the registration fee payment by April 30 to finalize the program.
• For registration after the deadline, please register at the on-site registration desk on the day of the Congress.

In-Person registration fee includes the following item

• All 4-day programs of IAGP 2025.
  • The first day: Education-Experience-Training Day (EET Day)
  • From the second day to the fourth day: Research-Experience-Vision Period (REV Period)

Congress Dinner

Payment

• Fees must be paid in Japanese Yen
• Payment must be made via online portal. The only accepted means of payment is by CREDIT CARD (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club).
• Once the registration fee has been paid, it is non-refundable.
• Receipt will be available on the online portal after the payment.

Cancellation Policy

• Full Refund: For cancellations made before April 30, 2025*, a full refund will be issued.
• Partial Refund: For cancellations made between May 1, 2025, and June 21, 2025, a 50% refund will be issued.
• No Refund: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after June 22, 2025.
• Force Majeure:In the event of a force majeure event (e.g., war, natural disaster), attendees will be entitled to a full refund if they are unable to participate due to these circumstances.
• Country-Specific Exceptions: Attendees from war-torn countries may be eligible for a full refund or flexible cancellation terms if they can provide valid documentation. Please contact jtb-mice@jtb.com for more details.

Registration Operation Guide

Hybrid Congress

When registering for the Hybrid Congress, you will be able to attend selected sessions from the in-person Congress in Sapporo. In other words, you may choose to subscribe to and participate in a selection of the activities from the full Congress program.
The sessions available in hybrid format （i.e., both in-person and online） include:

-5 topics for Education-Experience-Training (EET) Day
-3 keynote lectures (live streamed)
-5 hybrid workshops
-10 symposia（half live streamed, including remote presentations）

Please note： some of these sessions (excluding the Keynotes) will run concurrently, so you won't be able to attend all of them. However, you will be able to attend one morning session and one afternoon session each day, depending on your preferences.
Important: The Large Groups will not be offered in hybrid format.
